Recovery Cards | February 2nd

Join us for a special Eating Disorders Awareness Week social, focused on creativity, community, and compassion. Together, we’ll be making recovery-oriented cards, positive affirmations, and encouraging messages to share with youth receiving care through CHEO’s Eating Disorders Program.

This social invites you to:

• Explore art and words as tools for connection

• Create supportive messages for peers in treatment

• Learn about EDAW and the power of community care

• Spend time in a relaxed, welcoming space, with others who get it

All materials are provided, and no artistic experience is needed, just an open heart and a willingness to create something kind.

Your cards will be delivered to CHEO’s program as a reminder to their patients that they are not alone, and that their very own community is rooting for them.
