Our community shared words, phrases, and messages of care that reflect hope, healing, and connection. These contributions have now been transformed into a beautiful original art poster, an accompanying song, and a guided meditation card designed to help you use the song as a grounding practice.

Local artist Tina St John has created a vibrant art poster that brings together every submitted word in a single, meaningful design. The artwork reflects the collective spirit of care and community that inspired this project.
