A New Year, A True You
January 16th, 2025
This "New Year" workshop focused on eating disorder recovery with Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Camille Richard (she/her). New Year's often brings themes of renewal, setting intentions, and personal growth. Recovery is a journey of self-discovery and it is one that must require self-compassion, rather than holding on to the idea that you must "fix" or "achieve" something external of yourself to be worthy. By participating in this workshop, it can serve as a hopeful start to a new year and can be a powerful way to support you in this healing chapter.
