Breaking Bread, Breaking Stigma
2025
Hopewell Eating Disorder Support Centre is ushering in an exciting new era of our signature fundraising initiative, Breaking Bread, Breaking Stigma (BBBS).
For years, BBBS has been instrumental in raising awareness and critical funds to support individuals affected by eating disorders. This year, we are elevating the experience, reimagining BBBS with a dynamic series of immersive events that engage our community in fresh and meaningful ways.
In 2025, BBBS will feature two distinct events designed to bring people together, spark joy, and create lasting impact.
Hole-Lotta-Hope Cornhole Tournament: Sunday, July 27, 2025 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm
Metamorphosis, A Culinary Journey: Date to be Announced
Hole-Lotta-Hope Cornhole Tournament
Join us for a high-energy afternoon of friendly competition, great food, and community spirit. Teams will face off in wacky challenges while spectators soak up the fun. We've got the best patio setup in town, amazing drinks, and delicious food waiting for participants. This event is open to everyone, so come join the fun and make an impact.
Please note: Teams do not purchase tickets; instead, they raise funds to secure their spot. All donations above the $500 minimum will count toward a leaderboard, and the team that raises the most funds will earn an automatic berth in the Cornhole Tournament Finals to compete against the highest-scoring team in gameplay.
Donations can be made directly through our website, and donors may choose to allocate their contribution to a specific team.
