Join us for our gentle, recovery-aligned book club! For this 6-session series, we’ll read Anti-Diet: Reclaim Your Time, Money, Well-Being, and Happiness Through Intuitive Eating by Christy Harrison. Register once, and you’re registered for the entirety of this book club series!
Participants receive their copy of the book at the first meeting.

When: Biweekly on Monday’s, starting July 13th
Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Where: Equator Coffee Westboro (412 Churchill Ave. N)
Cost: $5 or PWYC
What to Expect:
Our first session will focus on:
Picking up your book
Reading a few chapters together
Deciding what amount of reading feels accessible every two weeks
Each meeting we’ll engage in supportive discussions, shared reflections, and space to explore themes at a pace that feels manageable. A reflection guide will be shared to use between meetings if you find it helpful! You’ll also receive a $25 Equator gift card at each session to purchase any food or drinks you’d like.
We strongly encourage attending each session to get the most out of the experience and stay connected with the group’s flow. If you anticipate needing to miss a session, just let us know! Registration is open at any point in the series.
