Hopewell’s Circles of Support are weekly social nights designed for anyone navigating eating disorders or disordered eating. These gatherings offer a chance to step outside the intensity of recovery work and simply connect — sharing stories, expressing yourself, and relaxing in a judgment‑free environment.

Together, we create community, ease feelings of isolation, and celebrate the journey toward healing relationships with food, body, and movement.

Open to support group members, mentors & mentees, volunteers, and anyone in Ottawa who is in recovery or has recovered from an eating disorder. You can even bring a friend!
