Welcome Spring Walk! | March 30th

from $0.00

Join us for a gentle trail walk at Shirley’s Bay (meet at P2) as we welcome the spring season on Sunday, March 30th at 2:00pm. Keep an eye out for rocks along the way - we’ll be designing them after the walk! Throughout the walk, we will pause for a mindfulness meditation, ending with a reflection period, and snacks - you’ll also be able to take home a mindfulness journal and goodie bag. We'll be taking a beginner-friendly, low-impact trail that will take around 45 minutes to an hour. If you need help with transportation, let us know, and we’ll do our best to assist.

As always, we ask for a small payment of $5 to cover administration costs and materials, however, we never want cost to act as a barrier in accessing our programs. If cost should prevent you from attending, please reach out to Catherine, our Program Officer, at programs@hopewell.ca and we’ll do our best to assist.

*We offer no cost services for all Indigenous, First Nations, Métis, or Inuit/Innu persons.

Please note: While this is a gentle walk, it does involve physical activity. We encourage you to consult your doctor or care team to ensure it’s the right fit for your stage of recovery.
